Look, you gotta have a Customer Relationship Management, or CRM, program.
For 90% of every business out there, it’s a gotta-have, not a nice-to-have.
Remember that CRM stands for customer relationship management, not Customer Rejection Management.
It’s a tool designed to help drive conversion of qualified leads into sales and revenue.
But so many of y’all out there are using it like a sledgehammer when it should be used like a scalpel.
So, here are a bunch of things I see too many companies doing wrong, or not doing enough of.
