how i work
I help growth-stage SaaS and B2B companies replace sales chaos with systems that deliver predictable revenue.
The right engagement depends on the business’s current state. Some companies need clarity first. Others already know the gaps and are ready to implement a full operating system. Some need strong leadership and enablement embedded as the new way of working takes hold.
I offer three distinct engagements.
We choose the one (or combination) that fits the real constraints you face.
Crawl
Get clear on what is actually broken and what it is costing you.
Walk
Install the sales operating system the team can own.
Run
Embed leadership and enablement until performance is consistent.
1. sales system diagnostic
(crawl)
A focused engagement that surfaces the real constraints limiting growth.
We examine strategy, pipeline health, qualification standards, process consistency, forecasting accuracy, and leadership cadence. You leave with a clear picture of the largest gaps, what they are costing the business, and a prioritized path forward.
This is the right starting point when:
- You know something is off but can’t pinpoint the highest-leverage issues
- Pipeline looks active but results are inconsistent
- Leadership lacks clear visibility into what is actually driving revenue
2. sales operating system
(walk)
Design and installation of the complete sales system that the team will own and run.
This includes the process stages, qualification standards, operating cadence, playbooks, tools, forecasting rhythm, and the basic training required for adoption.
The goal is simple: move the company from tribal knowledge and heroics to a system that produces predictable results.
This is the right engagement when:
- The Diagnostic has already clarified the gaps
- You are ready to install structure that will scale beyond the current team
- You want the process and tools to live in the company, not in one person’s head
3. sales leadership & enablement
(run)
Interim leadership, coaching, and enablement until the system is fully adopted and producing consistent results.
I step in to provide the accountability, coaching, and operational leadership required while the new system takes hold. This can include pipeline reviews, deal coaching, forecasting discipline, and developing the internal leaders who will eventually own it.
This is the right engagement when:
- The Operating System is in place (or being installed)
- The team still needs strong leadership and coaching to execute consistently
- You want to de-risk the transition from founder-led or inconsistent selling
